Ashton Whitty and Asia Argento

Ashton Blaise Whitty born October 1st, 1995. She was born in Berkeley California USA. She is an American actress that has appeared on screen in Choices (2010) and The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2004).

Asia Argento, born in Rome to a family which also includes actors and directors pursued these professions as well. When she was nine and acting, she made her debut in the film of Sergio Citti, Sogni e Bisogni. In 1988, she played the lead role in Cristina Comencini's first feature film Zoo. Additionally, she was one of Michele's casting in The Church. In the year following her debut, she portrayed Nanni Moritti's daughter as a child in Red Wood Pigeon. Her professional career took off after she landed the role of Nanni's girl for the film Close Friends. The movie was well-received at the Cannes International Film Festival. In Trauma she appeared for the first time with her father, the famous Italian film director Dario Argento his mother, one of his favorite actors, Daria Nicolodi, playing an overweight girl on the lookout of her parents' killer. Asia's intense way of performing was well used in the film Condannato a nozze. In 1993, she was a co-star in the film Perdiamoci by Carlo Verdone di vista in which she played Arianna an physically handicapped girl. This was an intricate and difficult part that earned her the David di Donatello award for best actress She also had a featured role in the cast international in the film Queen Margot directed by Patrice Chereau. In 1995 she worked with Michel Piccoli in Peter Del Monte's Compagna di viaggio which again earned her a David di Donatello and the Grolla of Oro. Asia's first short film was an episode of the De Generazione movie. Two years after, Asia became a director and completed two other films. One of them was AbelAsia was a homage for her father. Asia's debut feature film as a director was Scarlet Diva where she was the main actress and also wrote the screenplay. It was released worldwide during May of 2000. The film was awarded the Brooklyn's special prize at the Williamsburg festival of film.
